Yep, we’re back to the Tobey Maguire one that everyone seems to love to hate
There have been so many Spiderman movies, we just don’t know where to begin. However, there is one particular mistake in the 2002 Spider-Man that we just couldn’t ignore. We’re keeping out of this argument! However, we do have another blooper for you.
As Norman, played by Willem Dafoe, lies down to test himself, the doctor simply ties him down to the bed and walks away. Yet, when Norman is brought into the chamber, he seems to have mysteriously acquired two electrodes on his chest. Although this movie was nominated for two Oscar Awards, it missed out on both of them. Critics and MCU fans alike can probably tell you why.
Mel Gibson has a hugely successful career under his belt, but Braveheart is perhaps one of his most famous movie roles to date. It seems as though we’re not the only ones who think this because overall this film won a whopping five Oscar Awards at the 68th Academy Award ceremony. Of course, as we already know, it’s not without flaws.
This movie certainly isn’t all it’s cracked up to be in some places. While running through the forest and trying to find his wife, Mel seems to lose and retrieve his sword numerous times. It’s just another error to add to the seemingly ever growing list of blunders in the movie. Still, probably not as bad as the whole kilt thing, right?
In 2017, the world was graced with a cinematic marvel. Christopher Nolan brought the war of Dunkirk to the big screen, and it was emotive, intense, and historical. Because of this, it was nominated for a whopping eight Academy Awards! We have already seen a little geography error in this movie, but that isn’t all.
Did you spot a deliberate mistake that Christopher Nolan made during production? Although the ME-109 planes did not have yellow noses until after this particular battle, Nolan wanted audience members to distinguish between that particular model of the plane and the Spitfire. Sometimes, you have to become less of a perfectionist just for the movie to make sense for audiences. However, we’re not too sure history buffs were very impressed.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith (2005)
Back in the days when Brangelina was just a twinkle in our eyes, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie teamed up to star in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. In fact, it was this movie that was the catalyst for the beginning of their relationship and the end of Brad and Jennifer. We’re not crying, you are. Anyway, that’s not the blooper we’re looking for here.
Although the film proved to be extremely popular with fans of Jolie and Pitt alike, there were some geography fanatics who weren’t that impressed. After all, the movie was supposed to be set in New York City. However, when the couple gets caught in a BMW car chase, you can clearly see a street sign that states they are in Los Angeles.
In 2018, a new biographical crime comedy-drama came into our lives in the form of BlacKkKlansman. This movie is based on the memoir of the same name and managed to scoop up one Academy Award – although it definitely deserved a few more in our eyes. We saw some incredible performances from the likes of John David Washington and Isiah Whitlock Jr.
While many people have praised this movie and escort backpage Westminster CO the production for bringing to light difficult topics, there are others who weren’t too happy with the factual inaccuracies. Most notably, when Ron calls the Colorado Springs Police the “Colorado State Police.” Oops! It’s a teeny weeny mistake, but it looks like someone managed to spot it anyway. It certainly doesn’t take away from how amazing the film is, though!
